Art is escapism
and a way for people to express their feelings and thoughts through their art for
everyone to see. I chose this picture to use because it means power is not who
you are it is what you do that makes you powerful. In this picture it shows all
the little fish ganging up on the big fish. The little fish are black, and many
black people are oppressed by ruling regime in many countries. The large fish
is white and is wearing a crown, symbolizing rule and rulers. This picture uses
the symbol of unity to overcome oppression. This picture exemplifies how if all
the little fish, or if all the people in a county can stand up and ban together
for what is right they can become a bigger fish in this large see. If they
stand up together they can be powerful and overcome oppression.
